At Arts by Theodora, I believe every child is an artist. My goal is to guide kids as they explore art, clay, photography, and stop motion. Through fun, hands-on projects, children build confidence, discover new skills, and experience the joy of creating.
I was born and raised in Greece, where creativity shaped my life from the start. At only 25, I became the Chief Director of Design at a playground company. You can still see some of my playground designs across Greece today.
I also worked as a 3D interior designer for bakery equipment companies. Those designs are now in bakeries around the world. In both roles, I learned the value of detail, imagination, and persistence.
When I began, I knew little about 3D design. Still, I wanted to succeed. I studied books, practiced on my computer late at night, and worked every weekend. As a result, I quickly grew into one of the best designers on my team. Within nine months, I was leading the department. Today I own the Tsilikodesign where I do interior designs for my clients.
In 2017, I moved to the United States with my family. We now live in New Jersey, where I continue to explore creativity every day. I love to refresh my home with new decorations each season. Friends often laugh when they visit because they always find something new.
I also developed skills in photography and cinematography. For more than five years, I work as a freelance photographer. During the pandemic, I started Greek and Simple, where I share recipes, cooking videos, and stories from our life in New Jersey.
Film has always been close to my heart. In 2008, I created two stop motion films, including Element Addiction, which won 1st Prize at the Public Digital Film Festival in Greece. Since then, I’ve studied film directing and created more short films and animations.
Alongside my design career, I’ve always loved to draw, paint, craft, and create with clay. My home is filled with my art, and décor that I’ve made myself.

Every lesson is designed to be fun, flexible, and age-appropriate, so kids of different ages can learn at their own pace while discovering their unique artistic voice.
Whether it’s a bold painting, a tiny clay figure, or a photo that captures a special moment, the goal is always the same: to spark joy, build creativity, and help children see the beauty in making something of their own.
